360°Reach

Your reputation is your calling card.  360°Reach is the original and most widely used personal branding assessment on the market today.  Well over 1 million people have taken this assessment to uncover their unique promise of value.  This assessment is for people in career transition, entrepreneurs, college students, job seekers, leaders and hi-potential employees within organizations, business owners, and anyone else who wants to discover their personal brand and differentiate themselves in the marketplace. 

Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)®

Reliable, proven personality assessment that measures preferences for extraversion or intraversion, sensing or intuition, thinking or feeling, and judging or perceiving.  MBTI Step II is also available.

FIRO-B®

Reveals how an individual’s interpersonal needs can shape his or her interactions with others.  When combined with the MBTI, you get a rich understanding of leadership preferences and behaviors.

Genos Emotional Intelligence (EI)

Measuring seven dimensions of EI, this 20 minute online assessment is specifically designed for use in the workplace.  Both the self-assessment and the multi-rater (360-degree) assessments have been thoroughly validated and benchmarked.  Unlike some other EI assessments on the market, the Genos EI measures behaviors and competencies, not traits.  Getting a baseline assessment helps to determine where EI development is needed.  Repeating the assessment in 6 to 12 months provides a means for determining return on investment in training and coaching.

Thomas Killman Indicator (TKI)

Excellent assessment for understanding an individual’s default style of handling interpersonal conflict. Useful in understanding team dynamics and interpersonal conflict.

Extended DISC®

Another widely-used assessment  that looks at individual behavior in a specific situation or work environment.  This shows up as an adapted behavioral style (as compared to natural style).  The four quadrants of the model are Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Correctness.

Harrison Assessment®

Not a personality test, but reveals essential high performance traits or those that will hinder performance related to specific positions. Useful in pre-employment screening, leadership development, and succession planning.

360 Assessment

Get feedback from peers, managers, clients, direct reports, and other stakeholders.  Several different 360 assessment instruments are available or one can be created to fit your exact needs.
