SERVICES
Assessments:
In his book Good To Great, author Jim Collins says it is critical to have the “right people on the bus.” Having the wrong people employed by your organization can be very expensive, both in hard dollars and in less tangible ways such as staff morale.
Current estimates are that it costs $14,000 to replace an employee. In order to see a return on this significant investment in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees, organizations need people who CAN and WILL do the job. Pre-employment assessments, such as the Harrison Assessment, can help you to select the right employees. More businesses, especially small businesses, are using these type of assessments to ensure that they get the right people on their bus. After hire, the assessment results can be used to create a development plan for your new employee.
In addition to the Harrison Assessment, we also offer Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), DISC, TKI, and 360-degree assessments.
