Executive Coaching
Executive or corporate coaching typically begins with an assessment phase. Assessment may include one or more personality assessments, 360-degree feedback collection, and a biographical interview. The primary objective of the assessment phase is for you, the client, to increase self awareness and to identify strengths and opportunities for development. With greater insight, you can set goals and create a plan for achieving those goals.
